Being at the Arbinger summit brought a flood of emotions of the teachings of my ancestors passed on to me. Proverbial statements hold the cultures of the world alive and my Māori culture is no different. The Brain Tattoo is the translation of a proverb I grew up with that states "He aha te mea nui o te ao? He tāngata, he tāngata, he tāngata." This translates to =:What is the most important thing in the world? It is people, it is people, it is people. Everything I head learnt about that morning reinforced the teaching of those gone before
