I am not afraid. I was made for this! I chose this message because I believe I might have heard it in a presentation at the Conference I was attending. I was freshly pregnant with my first child, my first daughter. Externally, I was excited, elated and couldn't wait to tell anyone and everyone. Internally, I was nervous and afraid of what kind of mother I would be, how would delivery go, how would my life change, etc. All the feelings. I love this picture. I remember sharing it with my family. So this phrase and picture was a reminder to me that being a child of God, being a woman, my body was made to bring life into this world and I can do this and not be afraid of the future because I was made for this. I've always wanted to be a mom and have a big family and this first pregnancy was the start of my new life. I am now a mom to three beautiful girls and thriving. Juliana is 6, Pamela is 4, and Michaela is 7 months. Most days are long and years are short.
