My two boys are 8 and 4. The eldest one lives in Prague – he's Czech. So whenever I say to people 'My son is Czech, he lives in Prague.' They say 'What's he doing?' thinking he's going to university. I'm like 'He's 8, he goes to school.' So my ex-wife is Czech so my 8 year old is Czech. But my 4 year old lives in the UK. So I've got an apartment in Prague and I basically see the big one about once a month physically and then I obviously see him every week through Skype. But the really amazing thing about the connection between the four year old and the 8 year old is that my ex-wife has worked really hard, and my wife has worked really hard, so from the first time they met they were just always connected and really brothers. So they just get on really well. They love each other dearly. Even though they only physically see each other every one or two months they're completely devoted. You know, they get together on Skype and they both play with their respective Lego. So it's certainly a challenge for the big one, he only gets to see me physically once every month. And when you've got a big job in a company like Accenture and you've got two families, you're always trying to balance the time you spend those three things and then hopefully some exercise along the way and a bit of personal time and private time. And it's just really making clear to them both that they're always in my heart.
