If you love something, you feel passion. If you feel passion, you love it. If you really love something, you will have enough passion that you'll never lose the things that you love. You have to keep with you all the things that you love. When you are going to be with someone or you're going to a situation that you love, you love this situation. This is something that explains the way I'm working at Accenture. I'm a passion man. I feel passion in my work. And so I love my work. I have been working the last 20 years. I'm here because I feel that each day I can find more passion in my work. And if you love something, you don't give up. If you really think that it's something really interesting, something that is going to provide something to do you, not something in terms of money, something in terms of growth as a person – you're going to achieve something for someone or make a special relationship with someone for the future. If you feel passion for something, you are going to achieve. The real word is passion. My mom has spent the last 20 years suffering five cancers two in the breast and 3 in the neck. She's had 5 operations and now she has Multiple-sclerosis. She always every day, she is a really religious person. Every day she wakes up and says 'thank you' because I”m seeing the sun shining one day more. She feels really thankful for life. And more or less in two hours she'll begin to speak. During the first two hours each day, she can't speak because her tongue doesn't work properly. The third hour she goes to take breakfast and then she goes to swim for two or three hours a day. Thens he goes to lunch and then she goes to rest. Then she begins to work one hour with my father. And then she goes to dinner and prays during the day, all the day. At the end of the day she says 'Thank you because I have been living a gorgeous day and tomorrow will be again a new day. And I can speak with my son and my daughter. And I can speak with my grandsons.' This is a real life story that we are spending our time saying that 'Oh this is bad, I'm not happy...' and my mother, I learn from my mom, that it's marvelous to live. And it's marvelous to say thank you. And it's marvelous to be focused in the things that you feel passion. And my mother feels passion each day because each day is a new day for living. When you spend time living with someone that has cancer, the mindsets change and people are not the same people. Because they feel passion for life.
